Phase 01 — Foundation

Phase 07 — Club & Crew Mode
Real-time collaborative operations for clubs, modular groups, and multi-crew sessions. A dispatcher manages the board while crew members work their trains — everyone sees changes live.

- Role-based access: Owner, Dispatcher, and Crew
- Real-time sync — car moves and waybill updates appear instantly for all members

Phase 08 — Car Scheduling & Dwell Time
Prototypical car scheduling — cars sit at an industry for a configurable number of sessions before they're ready to pull. Makes ops feel like real railroad car management.

A modern, integrated Computer Automated Traffic System: a visual track schematic and CTC dispatcher board built natively into RadRail. No other modern model railroad app has this.

Phase 10 — DCC Decoder Programming
In-app CV programming for DCC decoders: modern, native, and fully integrated with your RadRail roster. Desktop only, requires a USB programming track interface.
